This role will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of high, sustainable & profitable business growth through understanding market opportunities, developing sales and promotion initiatives, driving, and monitoring the implementation of excellent market executions, and managing distributors appropriately.

Job Description:

  • Sales Operation & Distribution System: Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, including Category Management and Line of Business Heads, to formulate and implement sales and distribution strategies, manage distributor relationships, analyze operational efficiency, and devise corrective measures, while also studying competitors' distribution models and refining our route-to-market strategy and 4Ps.
  • Brand/ Category Positioning: Develop a Marketing Plan
  • Marketing Execution: Develop a proposal based on the approved marketing plan and ensure the Marketing Plan is effectively executed by PDCA implementation, also coordinate with other related dept., and distributors to make sure all the marketing programs are properly supported/done
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with distributors on sales forecasts and approval of rolling forecasts, and coordinate with Category Management to assess and enhance inventory management processes, including stock levels and purchase orders.
  • Financial Management: Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and develop strategies to ensure timely payments, manage and monitor spent expenses related to the country's financial performance Collaborate with the finance department to manage regional budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00

2. At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Sales & Promotion Manager in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG

3. Fluent in English both verbal and written is a mandatory

4. Good people-management skills, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

5. Strong creativity, strategic agility, and business understanding
